He founded the Ability Beyond the Label (ABLe) employee resource network in 2011. He currently serves as the Chair of Virginia Ability's Board of Directors, a business-to-business association focused on building inclusive communities and cultures through disability diversity in the workplace.
Wes Seaton
Wes Seaton understands that skilled, dependable, and productive employees are important to business success. With the Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services, Wes currently markets business services to businesses in the Central Virginia area. He has been involved with workforce development and programming for more than 25 years.
